  • Permanent driver’s license revocation

  • Probation: 1-5 years

  • Community Service: 50 hours

  • Increased insurance costs

  • Mandatory attendance at DUI school

DUI Penalty Enhancement

All of these penalties may be enhanced if the following is true:

  • A minor was present in your vehicle

  • You caused an accident that resulted in serious injury or death

  • Your BAC was .20% or higher
